To enable do the following:
1) Connect iPhone and open iTunes 9 or 9.01
2) Update your iPhone to 3.1 OS
3) Click the Check Update button and install the new 5.5 Carrier Files to your phone (Settings -> General -> About -> Carrier, Ensure AT&T 5.5 is shown)

Site Outtage
Thursday, April 3rd, 2008The Site was down on April 1st around 10PM and was back up around 6PM April 2nd. This was due to the file system on the web server going down and having to restore the entire server.
